Bank Deposits

A sales order indicating the postage and our banking details will be faxed or e-mailed to you, together with a sample of a bank deposit slip.

Pay your billed amount by making an electronic transfer, or by making a direct deposit into Min Mod SA’'s account.

You'll have to pay within 5 working days to avoid your order from being canceled. We'll start processing your order as soon as we receive your payment.

Please don't transfer money through an ATM - although we'll get your money, we will have no way to trace it back to you and therefore won't know it's yours.

We only accept bank deposit (NO CHEQUES) from South African banks (no international transfers).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE BANK DEPOSIT SLIP
You have to quote your order number and surname as reference to ensure we know who the money is from - this way we can allocate the payment to your order.

Shipping and Postage

Kindly indicate your choice of delivery method, Parcel Post or Counter to Counter.

The cost of postage depends on the weight and size of the parcel and will be indicated on the order faxed or e-mailed to you.

Return Policy

All items listed are subject to availability at the time your order is received. We dispatch exclusively at the buyers risk.

Damages have to be reported to us within 5 working days.

Please contact us by fax or e-mail for a return authorization number.

No returns will be accepted without an RA number. The item can be returned for full credit (less the postage).

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

PLEASE DO NOT MARK OR DAMAGE THE ACTUAL MODEL BOX.

The return postage is the customer’s responsibility. We will only credit or refund the postage if the return is made because of our mistake.
